For Rentals only:

*SELECT UPS GROUND at check out if Period Images or RVHC Staff are NOT attending the convention. You will be asked to provide a picture I.D. and proof of registration to the convention, before we ship the rental to you.

*SELECT PICK UP AT CONVENTION if Period Images or RVHC Staff ARE ATTENDING:

a.) Present your receipt to the Period Images counter at the Convention the day BEFORE the event to claim your rental.
b.) A staff member will show you how to put it together, or give you an appointment to come back the day of the event so they can dress you.
c.) You will be asked to leave your Driver's License with the Wardrobe Staff. Dresses must be returned to the PI / RVHC office after the event, or before the end of the business day the day after. Your Driver's License will be returned upon receipt of the costume.
